Generic Attachment icons in Outlook email after Ventura install

and with any luck a point update to the new Ventura will resolve the issue.

lost my pdf icons almost everywhere, even after updated to Ventura 13.0.1. can't see pdf icon in either mail, safari downloads, or 3rd party apps like Alfred. seems not a problem with these 3rd party apps, as they function totally well on Monterey
