Over the past couple years I've been struggling with this supper annoying problem. When I use Waze over carplay and go to the split-screen version the little arrow is always hidden behind the ETA bar.
I thought it was because of my iphone 12 mini but now I am having the same problems with an iphone 13.
What is this about? Can anything be done? It's super annoying.

Making sure the Waze app is updated on your iPhone is the best step to take to help get this corrected as it ensures it has the latest version to work with CarPlay.

Really, I wrote I've been having the same issue for 2 years on 2 different phones and you're telling me to update the app? Of course it's updated.
The question is why is it happening on 2 separate phones? Could it be something related to the car unit? Have you seen this before? It feels like it's an apple thing rather than waze. But I'll contact them nevertheless.
I can confirm it does the same with Google Maps. So clearly not an app issue. Probably a car play integration issue with the Kia Stinger I am using it on.
Any solutions?
