New iCloud terms and conditions won't save

Ventura 13.0 won't stop asking me to agree to terms and conditions, every time I tick the box and agree it pops right back up saying I need to do it again.

Hi timmyg123,

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities! Since it doesn't seem to be accepting your selection for the Terms & Conditions, try accepting them while in safe mode. It will prevent certain login and background items from running which can help with troubleshooting certain issues. Here's How to use safe mode on your Mac:

  1. "Turn on or restart your Mac, then immediately press and hold the Shift key as your Mac starts up.
  2. Release the key when you see the login window, then log in to your Mac.
  3. You might be asked to log in again. On either the first or second login window, you should see ”Safe Boot” in the upper-right corner of the window."

If it continues to appear after restarting out of safe mode, contact Apple Support for further assistance.

Cheers!
