I just got the new iPhone 14 and I cannot receive or send group messages between anyone with a Samsung or droid. Went to Verizon and got a new phone and it is still doing it. Not sure why this isn’t working when it’s brand new. I have tried everything Google and Apple have suggested but it’s a brand new phone and not sure why this is happening.

Group messaging and MMS are carrier functions. Start by checking Settings>Messages and making sure both features are turned on. If they are not, turn them on. If you don't see those options, contact Verizon. If the options are enabled but you still can't send group messages, contact Verizon.
