Issue with my iPad Pro not sending text messages especially to android devices. Also not staying synced with the texts on my iPhone and Mac. Any suggestions. its set to receive from my Apple ID and phone number and to send new from number

an ipad alone can't send a text message this needs to be set up Forward SMS/MMS text messages from your iPhone to your Mac or iPad - Apple Support
