How to sync "Up Next" between devices

Can I make the Apple Music "Up Next" Queue sync across devices?

I am an Apple Music subscriber, have 2 macs, an iPhone, an iPad, and an Apple Watch.

The library stays in sync across all my devices, no issue. Downloaded stuff shows up on all devices, playlists do as well. But, if I am on my Mac and search out a nice queue in UpNext...start listening, and then need to switch to my iPhone, how come the UpNext queue doesn't follow me?
