Adobe PDF icon missing
Since Ventura Update,
When composing a new email I could insert an attachment and view as Adobe PDF icon. But now I click view as icon and get this. What has gone wrong and how do I rectify?

I would simply wait for a point update for the new macOS Ventura to resolve the issue.
