Apple logo keeps flashing

Originally, battery would not charge (flashing logo) on Iphone 6s. Replaced the battery and it was charging.. it worked. Three days later and the logo starting flashing once again and will not charge? The new battery is dead.. What could be killing the battery? When I plugged into USB port on PC it said "power surge".. I guess meaning not enough power to charge device.

When I plug it in, I get stuck in an endless boot loop the entire time it's plugged in. I've tried different charging cables and I have the same issue. I can force restart from there and it actually starts to boot up and sends me to the home screen, but my battery shows 1% and no lightning bolt even though it's plugged in. iPad A1337 My first Gen a1337 is not charging, power is getting into the device as the Apple logo shows for a few seconds then disappears but comes back a few seconds later, in other words, flashes on-off slowly….. 🤷‍♂️

My iPhone X keeps flashing bright light and my iPad Pro 10.5 inch keeps restarting and the apple logo keeps turning on and off nonstop I have an iPhone X and some light is flashing bright light on the screen and I tried turning it off giving it about five minutes to calm down but nothing helps. I also have an iPad Pro 10.5 inch that keeps restarting and showing the apple logo turning on and off. I tried hard resetting it but still, nothing helps.

Go back to where the battery was replaced and have them check it.
