Need tax refund on iPhone purchase

Hello, i got a complicated issue; i live in Turkey, Kastamonu city. I planned to travel Paris with my family and buy iphone 14 plus. So that i ordered a phone via apple/fr 09/10/2022. And sent an email to vat. Refunds apple and asked for tax free pablo form and they told me that pablo form would reach me by courier to my address i stay in Paris Then arrived paris apple opera store 10/10/2022 and picked up my package. My travel plan was 4 days and started to waiting for courier. Last day 14/10/2022 i got the airport and directly went to tax free office. İ told them i have not received pablo form. I showed them my bill that apple sent me, and my passport and boarding card. But they said they cannot help me without pablo form. So i left there and while my boarding time approaches i went to my plane and checked my email. İ saw the pablo form because i had said hotel stuff that if they got the form they will have sent me through email. But it was too late because i by passed tax free check point. İ turned back to my country 14/10/2022 Now i have a pablo form with qr code i have receipt, i have phone and i have exporting information (plane ticket, passport stamps etc)i can send you all of this if you want. As a summary i want to give me tax free refund. Would you help me please about this issue. Thanks for all
