Where can I send Apple online store purchase invoice to get tax refund?

Dear Sir or Madam,

I have ordered an Iphone 14 Pro from apple online store. Than I collected from Düsseldorf apple store. They told me to send the invoice which hit my email to an email adress which will be given to me by customer service. I can not reach customer service. Where can I send the apple online store purchase invoice to get taxrefund? Please direct me with all details, step by step. I want to get the taxrefund to the same payment card back.

I need urgent help,please.

We are neither Apple employees nor tax officials, but rather end users like you. Those issues are beyond the scope of these forms. In spite of these forums' name, Apple will not see your question here.

You need to contact the taxing authority in your country, or the Apple store that sold you the product.

most of us here are based in the US and Apple does not facilitate tax refunds in the US because Appple does not ship internationally. There may or may not be different laws within the EU, but you would need to inquire at your governing tax authority and local Apple facility.
