Solved: Apple Mail & Unable to Verify OnMicrosoft.com accounts 2022 ( Mac , iPad, iPhone..etc.. iCloud)

This post is a solution to a problem I saw was common for Apple users (Mac , iPad, iPhone) , not a question. This may work for other Microsoft accounts as well, but I'm unsure.

I found my OnMicrosoft.Com email account stopped authenticating on all my Apple devices mail clients.

Every time I tried to re-add it, it wasn't able to verify account name or password

Eventually I was able to add it as an Exchange account.

Make sure you select "Sign In" and not "Configure Manually"

A pop up window prompts you to sign in, and then ask you to provide permissions to your data to Apple to complete the process.
