Safari stops loading pages/images. I have to restart my iPad for Safari to work properly, then the same problem occurs. I've cleared the history and that doesn't seem to solve the problem. Java Script is turned on. I'm at home using wifi and there is no problem with my iPhone or MacBook. I'm stuck and need some advice. TIA!

There could be a lot of reasons. Have you tried another browser?
One thing you and I (and others with devices no longer getting updates) will need to contend with is the need to have a second or third browser available, especially now that Safari will no longer get any updates.
