When we do MT call on 5G iphone. iPhone ue fallback to LTE and same status in system as well but even though on phone it's showing 5G logs. Sometime iphone never return 5G and any subsequent MT calls gets fail. Can anyone advice for same..?

Since this is occurring with multiple devices, and persists after consulting with your carrier, you'll want to reach out to Apple Support so they can look into this further: Contact - Official Apple Support

We have further simulated the case and below is finding.
1. Keep iphone setting as 5G on and when iphone got fall back to LTE when MT call then on display you will see 4G logo.
2.Keep iphone setting as 5G auto and when iphone got fall back to LTE when MT call then on display you will see 5G logo.
We are using iphone 13 mini with latest iOS and there is no network provider issue we see here.
