My iPhone 11 pro is on but the screen is black.
My iPhone11 Pro is currently on (I can hear I am getting texts) but the screen is black. Any help is greatly appreciated.

If you have Siri set up you could also try "hey Siri call [one of your contacts]"
If that works the chances are the phone is basically ok but the screen has a hardware failure,
I would suggest a forced restart
