Whatsapp Chat Backup Stuck at 0% & Chat Search not working after migrating to iPhone 14

Hi all,

I am migrating from iPhone 11 Pro Max to iPhone 14 Plus. And the migrating process is success at almost 3 hours on November 10. Everything seems normally works. UntiI found I cannot use Chat Search and automatic chat back up not making any progress since November 10 until this time.

My iCloud has free space of 1.400GB and my iPhone storage has free space of 99GB.

I have try different connection, mostly Wifi with 32Mbps speed, then try to reinstall Whatsapp too. But nothing works. So desperate as I need to back up Whatsapp chat as there is a lot of work matter there.

Is there anyone can help?
