Whatsapp chat backup on iphone 7

my Whatsapp chat backup is stuck at 230.8MB about of 3.78GB (6%) and I have tried many methods but it just gets stuck at 6% every single time.

i have tried

please help! (I’m trying to back up and change to my new android phone, so backing up on iTunes wouldn’t work.)

iPhone 7, iOS 12

WhatsApp is not an Apple product, best you consult the app developer on their website/forum.
