Beats Fit Pro DO NOT stay in while working out? I’ve had my Beats Fit Pro for a week now. I’ve done 2 hiit training sessions and a 7km run and they continuously fell out of both ears. This was my main reason for buying them so feel quite misled. furthermore I am unable to return them as this is not considered a valid reason by Beats and Apple. Has anyone else had this problem? Both with keeping them in your ears and returning such a product that you can’t try before buying and then render them nonreturnable once you have used them…shrugs… thanks

it would be under warranty Legal - Hardware Warranties - Apple

unless they judge it was because of user handling
