Restarting iPhone (13 pro) made no difference. Problem occurred after updating to 16.1.1. Also get message 'Update Apple ID Settings - Some account services require you to sign in again'. However, after signing in, message just recurs - same after 2 or 3 attempts - continuous loop.

Same as above. Restarting iPhone XR made no difference. Problem occurred after updating to 16.1.1. My friend’s iPhone 13 had the same thing after updating.
