Item found in "Login Items" after installing Ventura (kextload) - what is it?

Kextload "from unidentified developer" found in login items. Anyone know what it is? I found the "Screen Sharing" app running in my dock, and don't know how it got turned on. Now I'm worried someone could have viewed my screen while I had a spreadsheet visible with all my account passwords. I see other things in login items that I am not sure about. Paragon NTFS for Mac, "sh from unidentified developer", "StandaloneUpdaterDaemon from unidentified developer".

iMac, OS X 10.11

kextload is an Apple utility used to load kernel extensions in the kernel.

Most of those utilities are unsigned.

You likely have some third-party system modification loading its kernel extension.

sh is the basic unix shell.

Not sure what all those are, they seem like system wide stuff, but strange to be on your login items.

I checked mine and nothing is there, tons under run in background tho (need to investigate that more)

BUT as far as your concern on screen sharing, *I think* and I need to test more, when someone connects to your Mac there is a popup on the top right that says: Your Screen is being viewed by someone else" . That happened to me yesterday when I VNC from my iPad to my Mac.

I would google if that is a new think on ventura, then you would know if someone is actually checking your screen or not.
