I having this same issue on my brand new iPad Pro 11” M2 with cellular service. It specifically happens in Mail, Settings, and Safari. It is extremely aggravating and for the price of the device we shouldn’t be having these issues.

What issue?
You will have to give some details of what is going on.
Apps are opening and zooming without any interaction from me. All zoom settings are turned off. Only way to resolve is to completely close app and reopen. And then the zoom still my happen. I’ve only had iPad for 2 weeks and it is brand new.
Same issue on brand new iPad Pro M2 w/ cellular
