Beats Solo 3 don't work at temperatures below zero

Hi,

I have Beats Solo3 and am most of the time very happy with them. Only in winter, when it get's cold (-0) they go off. Is this the way they should work? It's the second pair of Solo3 headphones that show the same error. The first ones were replaced by apple last year and the new ones don't work in winter too. This is rather annoying, as Apple replaced nice yellow ones with boring black ones. So I have no improvement but a boring colour.

Ive never had this happen with other bluetooth headphones before (Skull Candy, Sony, and cheaper models). I’m wondering if the Solo4 has the same flaw. When I contacted Apple last year, they said optimal temperature rating was above 32… and suggested i wear a hat AND hood over headphones. 35 F isn't even that cold, and wearing a hat over the headphones is a bit crazy. These were the most expensive headphones I’ve ever purchased… and am curious if the issue was addressed in the newer model

My Beats Solo 3 wireless over ear headphones will not work in the cold. I am so frustrated because I like to walk my dog every night and when it is cold, I can not use my Beats (they would keep my ears warm). I am really struggling with my Beats Solo 3 Wireless over ear headphones. They will not work in the cold (I live in New England) and they will not stay connected below 36 degrees. They will work for about 5 minutes (fully charged), and then sound off, and every time I hit the connection button, they just blink all 5 white lights - 3x. It will not allow me to reset or reconnect. They will not work again, until I bring them back inside. I really want these to wear over my ears in the cold, while I am walking my dog each night. So frustrating. Any fixes for this?
