How to unlock carrier to change phone company
I’m needing to know how to unlock the carrier from the T-Mobile company so I can switch to spectrum my phone and iPad are completely paid off

Only the carrier a phone is locked to can unlock it. You'll need to contact T-Mobile directly and ask about their unlocking policy and if you qualify for an unlock. Apple has nothing to do with this at all.
