I want to contact Apple support at my nearest Apple Store.
I can't sign into my brand new I-Pad pro because I forgot my sign in password. I've tried now over 5 times and each time have to wait for 2 days to be allowed to try again. I'm sick of this and the apple support phone team have been absolutely no help! Where can I go to a physical location of an Apple support store? I live in Ballston Spa, NY and there is an Apple store in Albany. MY. Where do I go and what do I do. I'm about to take my I-Pad back to Best Buy and ask for my money back!!!
