How to remove used gift cards from apple wallet? There are NO 3 dots or edit options.

I've added 3 gift cards. I've used them. I go into the wallet to remove, there is only an "info" circle to the right bottom side of each card and it ONLY tells me about the gift card. There is no place to click. No edit button. no 3 dots to click to edit or remove. Goodness. Going crazy. Anyhow else know how to remove? I just updated to the most current software and wonder if it's missing by accident. Please help!

Hello gwyne850,

It sounds like you're updated to iOS 16.1.1, which is the latest iOS version for your iPhone 13 Pro model.

If that's the case, we'd close the Wallet app and restart your iPhone:

  1. Close the Wallet app on your iPhone: Close an app on your iPhone or iPod touch - Apple Support
  2. Restart your iPhone: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

If relevant, then go to the following:

  1. Open the Settings app
  2. Wallet & Apple Pay
  3. Turn off 'Hide expired pass'
  4. Then turn it back on 'Hide expired pass'

In case that last section doesn't help out or the steps above to close the Wallet app and restart don't resolve this, then it would be best to contact Apple Support

They'll need to take it from here.

Wishing you well, take care.
