Three Month Free Trial Offer Only Shows Up as One Month.
When I attempt to redeem my free three month trial offered when I purchased a Mac Air, I only get an option for one month. How do I get the full three months?

The Apple TV+ offer is for 3 months.
The Apple One offer has a 1 month free trial. Verify that you selected the correct service.

Note that for Macs, users have to additionally sign in to the TV app (menu Account), for the redeem option to appear.
