Hi Tom,
A check of the user manual for the most likely candidate (Keynote) for support of iframe returned no results. This appears to be a not supported feature for the iWork applications.
You may want to go to the application menu in Keynote, Pages or Numbers to choose Provide (application name) Feedback an make a feature request asking for this feature be added to the application.

Barry

As you know iFrame is web-based technology, often used for embedding video in an html page.
Apple iWorks apps for the Mac are not web-based, of course. So you cannot use iFrame with them directly.
But you can easily add video and other media directly to a document. If the media is on your Mac just select it and drag it in. I've done that with a video from the Photos app.
Or if you have several images you want to incorporate into a document you can choose Insert > Image Gallery from the menu.
You can also embed a video that's already on, say YouTube. To do that choose Insert > Web Video... from the menu and paste in the video url where indicated.

An iFrame is an HTML element. None of Apple's Pages, Numbers, or Keynote applications support HTML syntax.
