Purple now green tint screen

Iphone 13 mini purchased on Feb 2022 from Trivandrum,Kerala India

Today morning, i was browsing and suddenly brightness dropped from screen. I felt like i went to night mode but then i could see horizontal pixel like line when the screen is with white background. I did a restart and the screen was all purple. Phone still works its just all purple and very low light. I did a reset and reboot after seeing some google suggestions and now screen has a green tint.

Please let me how to fix this - if this a software or hardware issue. I have been using this phone past 9 months is there any chance i can a get a replacement
