I don’t remember my password that I used to get into my iMac Pro or my Apple ID

My MacBook got hacked a while ago so I erased it but now I don’t remember my password that I used to get into my Mac or my Apple ID password, I tried to erase it, but it’s still saying there is an account linked and I can’t get into it. My recovery assist is unlock. I don’t know what to do.
