Redeem a voucher bought in another region

Hi all, I was gifted a couple of iTunes vouchers from a friend in Zimbabwe. I am British and based in South Africa. When I try to redeem it says this must be done via the US shopfront. How do I navigate this, please? Thanks

I cant redeem my e gift card I cant redeem my e gift card. I suspect my phone has different region. Although I have checked icloud.com website shows I am on UK region but when I try to check from phone itself it says I need to cancel Apple music to change. But how do I check it? The reason I wonder is when I tried to contact customer service from message it says this service is not available in my region. Any suggestions how I can redeem my gift card?

Gift cards/vouchers are region-specific. You might try reaching out to Apple Support to see if there is anything they can do. Use the Get Support link at the top right of every page of these forums.
