We are trying to consolidate our accounts and move my young daughter from my 'family' to her dads. We have followed all instructions but a request will not be sent to me to move the family. Every time my daughter clicks on the invitation it tells her that she is already a member of another family. All purchases are clicked off, there is no subscription sharing etc. At a loss as to how to do this. Any help appreciated.
