How do I submit my trade-in iPhone?

How do I submit my trade-in device. So I go to the post office or UPS outlet and submit it or someone will come and collect it?

Apple has already sent a box to me. I have put my old iPhone in it and pasted the prepaid sticker on it. Is someone going to collect it or I go to the UPS outlet?

You go to UPS to send it - make sure you keep a copy of the tracking number as well as get a receipt from UPS - just in case.

No, you start online and then Apple will send you a box to send it back in. Or, if you are buying a new device in a store, take the old one with you.
