iPhone 13

I have been dealing with the same iPhone 13 issue for over a year now! The iPhone 14 & iOS 16.1.1 both have been released, so why is there still no fix for the IPhone 13 speakerphone issue?

I have had 2 different iPhone 13, both with the same issue & have tried any & every solution given but the same problem persists when on speakerphone- others c/o call breaking up & not being able to understand the conversation.

So is there a fix that’s available yet?

When you are on a speakerphone call the sound coming out of the speaker goes back into the microphone and momentarily disables the mic. It is a common problem with all speakerphones. Put the phone in a place that has nothing immediately in front of the microphone, such as with bottom of the phone hanging off the edge of a table, and keep the volume as low as possible. It isn’t an iPhone problem as such, it is a feedback problem. It can be especially severe if the other end of the call is also using a speakerphone.
