What Does The Flashing Globe Mean On Startup?

I started up my MacBook this evening, and when powering it on, instead of the Apple logo showing, it showed a strange flashing Globe. After that, it booted like normal. What does this mean? Should I be worried?

"The file can't be found." on booting... Everytime I start my MacBook Pro (intel chip), I get two error message. Both say "The file can't be found". This has been happening ever since I updated to big sur. I have to click on "OK" (twice) to make them go away. Neither does it tell you what file can't be found. I just updated to Ventura 13.1 and the problem remains. As does the control strip/touch bar issue. Is Apple going downhill...SMH.

When turn on the pc appear this screen If I tried to enter in recovery mode: this is the result: I tried olso with a bootable USB with macOS Ventura but is not possibile select... I have tried to reset nvrm, following general procedures on youtube but nothing. In my opinion the SSD is damage, should this possible? Thank you for your support. Regards

Mac is attempting to start from network, tough to tell if it's worrying or not, be certain you have a recent backup or clone.
