Game Pigeon Not Working

Hey, so i have had game pigeon for a long time on my previous phone (the SE 2nd gen) and all of a sudden the phone started glitching out horribly. frustrated with this, i upgraded my phone to the new 14. and game pigeon won’t work! there is just a grey outline around the app. i have tried restarting my phone, and deleting and reinstalling the game. nothing has worked. this should not happen on a brand new phone.

If this is happening on more than one iPhone and other apps are working, it sound like it's an issue with the app itself and not the device. Since you've already uninstalled and reinstalled the app, try reaching out to the app developer next in case they have additional steps to offer. The steps below will help get you in contact with them:


1. Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Search for the app, then tap it. If you can't find it, tap the account button  or your photo at the top of the screen, tap Purchased, tap "Not on this [device]," then tap the app.
3. The app's product page appears. Scroll to the Ratings & Reviews section, then tap App Support. If you don't see App Support, make sure that you're signed in with the correct Apple ID.
