Is it worth getting the Apple Watch with cellular and gps or just the gps?

Do I have to pay an additional fee (I.e. monthly fee) for Cellular or just the initial watch purchase?

I rarely leave my iphone out of range so for me it would not be worth it

the cost of the extra cellular device depends on your carrier (it would not be a cost apple are involved with)
