Apple Watch SE

My watch says that it is not connected to the Apple health app but Bluetooth says it is. Not tracking my exercise minutes or sleep. I have unpaired and repaired the watch. How do I fix this problem? Please help me fix this issue.

Issues with Apple Watch after update to 10.6.1 I am having problems with my Apple Watch SE2 after the recent update to 10.6.1. The watch was measuring steps when it was placed on the table for 3 days when I had a leg injury and was in bed. Today it has walked 3000+ steps especially when I have been sitting for a long time and it measured the steps during that period. Yesterday, when I put the watch to charge, it started measuring the heart rate! I recorded a voice memo yesterday and was unable to send it to the iphone as the watch was not recognising the phone on bluetooth. Today, I reset the bluetooth and the voice memo got deleted from the watch. This whole update has been ridiculous. Anyone else facing issues? Suggestions to resolve these?
