We are all Apple users, like yourself, in this community so we have no way of checking your laptop. for you


Some of us volunteer to help each other troubleshoot,

however we have very few details to even begin to help:

eg:

We don't know MacBook Pro model, (eg "Year" from "About this Mac)

or what "not working well" means in your case, (eg: start-up slow, or apps freezing)

what you've tried already ...

what happened prior to the difficulty with the laptop (eg: updating, restoring, storage full)


Apple support have many articles online to help with various issues:

eg:If your Mac display doesn’t look right – Apple Support

If your Mac sleeps or wakes unexpectedly – Apple Support

If your Mac runs slowly – Apple Support


You might want to reach out to the MacBook Pro Support Team:

There is a "Get Support" link at the bottom of their website (link below)

ie: for online chat, phone, eMail etc.
