Can not find my purchased ringtones in Sound&Haptic / Apple devices

Hi there!


I purchased several ringtones for my previous iPhone 12 Pro and everything was fine. I've change the iPhone to 14 Pro and can not find any of my purchased ringtones except one of them. I read and tried all the instructions from support page, but that won't work. What should I do to get my purchased ringtones back?

If you use the same Apple ID, try to redownload the ringtones, see -> Use tones and ringtones with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch -> Use tones and ringtones with your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

  • scroll to Redownload ringtones purchased with your Apple ID
