On iPad OS 16, and on iPhone OS 16, none of my autofill items function any more. Saved payment info will not populate, saved name, addresses, email, nada. What happened and how do I get it to work again?

iOS/iPadOS 16.1.1 is current for iPhone/iPad. If you have not yet updated to the current version, you should do so.
As described, you have already completed the appropriate troubleshooting steps.

It is 16.1.1 - I’m in the process of deleting my mail account from my phone and then will add it again to see if it syncs up correctly. I sent a message to Apple support and am waiting for a reply. Thanks for trying on this one. I’d at least like to know if it’s just an issue with my system or if others are experiencing the same problem.
Both are on. It’s just not working since the update. I’ve tried turning them off, rebooting, turning them back on, rebooting again, confirmed that they were still on. Still doesn’t work.
Thank you. My mail is no longer syncing between my phone and iPad. I just found a new update 16.1 on my phone. If that doesn’t cure the issues, I’ll contact support.
