How I can find "failed of MacOS update" files and delete it?

Hello Apple Community

Need your guy help really

I have internet problem, so the internet speed not that good.

I try hard to upgrade my MBP 15" (mid-2015) from Mojave to Monterey (because this the last OS that I can upgrade), but like I said in above, my net is not that good, the files is so big (12.4GB), so many times is failed and keep failed.

Then I notice, My HD start become full by itself, its only 256GB. I realize this because of the failed update files that keep increase my HD capacity.

So my answer is,

  1. How can I find it, the failed MacOS update files on this Mojave system, on easy way?
  2. Then How can I deleted it permanently?
  3. Are there is the easy way to upgrade my MacOS beside using this way from system preference and do software update? I feel I don't have any chance to success because of my internet connection.

Best regard and thanks for the answer and respond

I think you not understand what he asking, he already found the "Applications", but what he not found is, where is that "failed filed" on those Apps that you said he should deleted it.

Because from Pict that he shared, clearly there is no thing that you mention.

Please don't answer someone if you also doesn't know the answer!
