How to record only the frontal camera video while streaming to someone?

Hi.

I need to record roughly 30 min of video via my iPad frontal camera.

While it will be recorded, I also need to stream the video to someone.

I tried the built-in iPad screen video capture, it seems to work well.

However, I couldn't find yet a software to stream the front camera to someone in fullscreen without any distracting stuff (interface, buttons…). I tried Discord, Signal and Skype.

What streaming software could allow that?

Also, if the camera is already used to stream the video on a software, then the iPad camera software doesn't allow video recording at the same time so this solution doesn't work.
