MAC OS Finder Preferences missing
I am trying to access Finder Preferences to make changes, and it does NOT appear when I access Finder. What am I doing wrong?

The Finder Preferences are on the Finder application menu in Monterey and prior operating system releases, but on Ventura, Apple changed the name to Settings.
