Is there any way to factory reset mismatched AirPods Pro?

I lost my left AirPod pro (1st gen), so I bought a replacement secondhand. It says that the AirPods are mismatched and I can’t use find my. I managed to get them synced, but sometimes the left AirPod randomly comes unsynced. I do not have the contact info of the person who sold it to me. Is there anyway to do a software wipe without the previous owners Apple ID?

iPhone 11, iOS 16

Hi NoahTheNoble,

For help with the alert  "AirPods Mismatch" view more information here: If you see an alert that says "AirPods Mismatch"

You can test the steps to reset, found in the article here: Set up your replacement AirPods or charging case - Apple Support

However, if the issue remains reach out to Apple Support directly as recommended in the first article shared.
