App links open in Safari, when it asks to open app, sends me to App Store.

If I click an IG link on TikTok, it opens Instagram in Safari. Then, the site asks if I want to open Instagram and when I click open, it takes me to the App Store. Since I already have the app, I click OPEN on the App Store but it takes me to my feed on Instagram, not the original link. It does the same for Reddit when I click the link on Instagram. I thought the issue might’ve been with TikTok but I’m having the same issue in Instagram.
