After updating into IOS 16.1, Apple SD card reader is not showing neither in Photos nor in Files. But my iPhone which is 11 pro 256 GB is detecting the SD card reader in the About section of the settings. I am a photographer. This is very important for me to work. Please help !

I'm having the same problem, however, there still is not a "no name" option for me when I go to the browsing option. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm getting pretty frustrated.
I have a number of SD card reader / adaptors for iPhone. They work on an iPhone 11pro iOS 16.1.1 but DON'T work on an iPhone 11 iOS 16.4.1.
Has anyone got SD cards readable on v16.4.1?

As card reader not working
What worked for me is go to files - untitled - private - then the vids will be under m4root - clip and the photos will be under DCIM
IOS 17 is even worse. I won't be buying another iPad till it's photographer friendly.
