How do I sync my payment methods across my devices?

Your payment methods are set on your Apple ID on Apple's servers. It should sync to any device that can connect to the Internet to share your settings via Apple's servers. If you recently changed a payment method you may need to wait a while, or you can try restarting your device and/or log out and back into your Apple account to get it to take a fresh look at settings.
