MEO tells me they don't support Visual Voicemail in Portugal but this says they do.

It's been over a month since I reported this problem. Can someone fix it?

I really miss having Visual Voicemail since I signed up with MEO. It's especially hard since I'm still learning to speak Portuguese, and if the voicemail were displayed visually I could use the translate option.

Then why does Apple’s own webpage on Visual Voicemail support list MEO as supporting Visual Voicemail?


People sometimes make decisions on carriers based on available features.


Apple should either remove support for Visual Voicemail from this carrier on their website, or contact the carrier and show them how to enable it on phones for their customers. It is unlikely MEO has any control over this page on Apple’s website.
