gmail 'authentication failed'
After Ventura installation, my gmail accounts go 'offline' in MacMail and I get constant requests for authentication which then fail. How do I fix this?

What about the First part in earlier reply or was that over looked.

If the User Account with Google E-mail service has their Two Factor Authorization enabled the user may need to use their Application Specific Password process covered in below link

It is suggested to have Safari as the Default Browser for better results
Thanks P. Philips for your quick response. I do have Safari as the default browser. The problems have come about since installing Ventura as the operating system.
