I went to sell my phone suddenly the person in shop changed the account and locked my phone ,now he asking money for password

iphone locked to owner (I am being blackmailed by someone) I bought this mobile used about two weeks ago. I have the bill, the box, and everything. Then I was blackmailed by a person. He told me that his mobile phone was broken and he wanted me to open the iCloud on my mobile phone for him because he wanted 3 important numbers. Then he told me to give me the money or I will close the mobile phone forever. And turn off the mobile (closed to owner).I don't know what to know. I have already sent a message to support, but they have not responded to me yet

I would contact someone like law enforcement or you can always take your phone back and try to recover the passcode with this link If you forgot your iPhone passcode - Apple Support
