I just got a new phone. I put in the apple ID on my current phone. I also have an ipad with the same id, but very different apps and info. Now my new phone matches my ipad instead of my old phone. I need it to be the same as my old phone. How do I change it? *Also, my name, ID, icloud, etc is currently grayed out and I can't open it.

In order to have your new iPhone match your old iPhone with the app and set up, you'll need to restore a backup or use the quick start method to set up your iPhone.
You'll need to erase your iPhone before you can set it up again and select the old iPhone backup.
1. Go to Settings> General > Transfer or Reset iPhone.
2. Do one of the following:
Prepare your content and settings to transfer to a new iPhone: Tap Get Started, then follow the onscreen instructions. When you finish, return to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone, then tap Erase All Content and Settings.
Erase all of your data from iPhone: Tap Erase All Content and Settings.
Once erased you can use one of the methods here: Transfer data from your previous iOS or iPadOS device to your new iPhone or iPad - Apple Support to transfer your data.
